Most of my life I have trained dogs. I absolutely love working dogs and have had some amazing dogs but when it came to my daughter wanting a dog to show and train we were looking at smaller trainable dogs with a happy personality. Panda was our first Lagotto and she had a super drive and a tail that never stop wagging. She was a great ambassador for the breed. While Panda sadly left this world way too early we currently have two of her daughters and one grand daughter. They are all delightful dogs and amazing workers with at least as much drive as my previous working dogs.

When I am not playing with my own dogs I play with other people's dog. As a full time dog trainer I have trained in excess of 100 Lagottos and I love their quirky personality and their strong drive. Their cute teddy bear look does work against them as some people don't realise that they are the happiest when they have a job to do.
